While there are many advantages in using the Audio Bridge to intercept the wave pattern and direct it through the SoundXciter engine, there is one major drawback: the user is incapable of adjusting the enhanced sound wave before it exits to the speakers. Signal processors like equalizers are not available to the user since any changes made to the signal would be applied pre-improvement. That is why the SoundXciter engine includes a number of post production sound enhancement algorithms to allow the user to tailor the enhanced sound to their liking.

  • Bass boost (with adjustable level)

This control allows user to increase or decrease the amplitude of low level frequencies (bass) in the outgoing signal.

  • Amplification and Gain Limiter

Sophisticated output signal volume control with Gain Limiter feature that automatically monitors the maximum value of the signal. The Gain Limiter stops the signal from exceeding maximum values to avoid signal clipping from occurring.

  • Stereo-expander (adjustable)

This control algorithmically provides stereo expansion of output signal.  It only applies to stereo signals.

  • Sound Energy Shift

The Sound Energy Shift algorithm balances the audio spectrum energy by adjusting the sound perceptive matrix coefficients in a manner that improves the perceptual sound processed by the human brain.
